About Us
Soak up the sun and fresh river air at this family campground RV park located on the Waccamaw River in Tabor City NC. Mr. Hobbs built this campground for his 7 children and 20 grandchildren to enjoy and now wants to open it to the public so others can enjoy his paradise. We have large, level full hookup riverfront lots and non riverfront lots available for short, mid and long term rentals that can accommodate up to a 45ft camper/RV. Access to Hobbs Family Boat Ramp, lots of land for hiking, golf cart rentals, coin operated laundromat, wooden boardwalk with gazebo into the marsh, plenty of farm animals to feed and play with, fishing and frog gigging in the river and ponds, campground store, ice machine, fire pits and an enclosed gazebo and picnic tables on the riverfront. Bring your boat or golf cart it's gorgeous here! We also have 2 tiny homes and cabin for rent. 30 minutes to North Myrtle Beach, Ocean Isle Beach/Sunset Beach, 40 minutes to Whiteville or Myrtle Beach and more!

Our Services
All sites are full hook up with water, sewer, and electric. Free wifi and trash service are provided. We do offer golf cart rentals, an ice machine in the main campground, storage for boats and/or golf carts or other items that may not fit on your lot. There is also very primitive tent camping with a shared full restroom with shower.
